Equal measure adventure and beauty, the Barney McAll Unit brings together stalwarts of the scene, and introduces new generation drummer, Dom Stitt.

Grammy Nominated, ARIA winning pianist and composer Barney McAll has played on over 100 recordings and has released 15 highly acclaimed solo albums. Having worked with many of the world’s best musicians including; Gary Bartz, Dewey Redman, Sia, Vernel Fournier, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Jimmy Cobb, Maceo Parker, Clyde Stubblefield and Fred Wesley.
This concert showcases Barney’s composition “Sorrow Horse” from his album “Hearing The Blood”. This piece speaks to the sorrow felt by people who carry the weight of and are left by the wayside by vulture capitalism.
The second composition “Sweethearts” is by Sam Anning which has become an Australian standard song
